      Pros

      Loved the job duties, how fast paced it was, learning something new everyday and most customers/drivers. Holidays/birthdays are always fun and occasionally buying lunch for everyone.

      Cons

      In smaller offices coworkers can be backstabbing, management shows favoritism and are unaccommodating. Not a family friendly job, and never give you'll only receive criticism. Never acknowledge for the good work that you do.

      Pros

      Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

      Cons

      My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
