      Pros

      I have been working at Copart (CITC) full time. Company is very Employee Centric and understands work life balance. Approachable leadership at any point of time with great Co-workers. Very well Organized and working here is extremely fun like a roller coaster ride. Employee engagement is next level, I would say more than fantastic and continual encouragement in terms of growth both professionally and personally. Health benefits are super good with many options.

      Overtime, Team was great and a work life balance can be busy but interesting if you enjoy the work

      Pros

      Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

      Cons

      My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
