Pros
They just upped the pay to acceptable levels.
Cons
We. Need. More. People. Copart does NOT adequately staff their yards. Many employees here, as well as lower-level managers, no longer have a life outside Copart. I'm salaried and having to put in 70 plus hours per week. The GM thinks it's funny, and those above him absolutely could care less.
