I'm very sorry to learn that you felt your training was not sufficient and that the treatment you received did not live up to the expectations we set for you when you joined. We invest in training resources (aside from online computer-based-training) and expect that our managers will give their employees a solid baseline orientation and training so they will be successful in their roles. Clearly you felt this did not happen and I will pass along your concerns to my field staff and ask them to reiterate with our managers the importance of consistent, solid training plans for new employees.
