The industry itself offers job security as it is not affected by the economy.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations, don’t provide the resources needed, VPs at Corp take no responsibility or accountability and blame field Ops and COO and CEO are gullible enough to believe. VPs and Directors do nothing but posture things to protect themselves and direct blame. Culture is the worst it’s ever been since founder left.
