Pros
Unless you have no desire to work at a job that makes you feel fulfilled, Copart is not a good company to work for. They are inconsistant at the yard level. some GM's are great, some are dictators. Same goes for the RM level. Corporate will say they care about the employees but the second anyone needs something that would become difficult they would rather eliminate the issue rather than figure out how to fix it. decent pay, but not worth the stress.
