Remote work, supportive management, Easy computer system and great training. Onboarding is amazing. If you need assistance, someone will help you ASAP. It’s not a complex system and they actually have a help feature to tell you exactly what you need to do to correct a diary/task. Management is well above average. They assist and jump in but show you how. They don’t just do it and move along or delegate the task. They don’t judge when they see you’re truly trying. And most of all, they care.

The benefits could be better.

Remote - that’s it. Not much else besides remote.

They change your schedule. They paint a pretty picture but the stress to work here is terrible. They want you to be robots with a low pay. They expect too much for too little in return. There’s no pro working remote for this company. They are more strict than being at an office job. Can’t even take a breath or they’re on you. They’re excessive.
