My boss, my colleagues, are all wonderful. Very supportive. I really feel lucky to have gotten a good group of people to work with.
Cons
The worst benefits I have ever seen at a company, let alone a company this size. Very expensive HDHP plan with a max HSA match of $345 annually. Premiums range from 300-450 a month for a single employee with an almost $7000 Out of Pocket Max. If I make 100k a year and contribute 8% or $8000, they match a whole $800. 10% So, you are essentially on your own.
