- Only want “yes” people. God forbid you have a different opinion, you’re constantly labeled negative and “spoken to” - 70% of the company is fully remote unless you live in Dallas and they don’t appropriately compensate the people they force in office. - they say it’s not a remote company and then repeatedly hire people out of state and even out of the country. -Decisions come top down and hardly ever make any actual sense - the attrition rate is AWFUL. They fire people left and right. - Micromanaging gets worse and worse - company culture is phrases they make you repeat, it’s not authentic at all.
