We rebenchmark our salaries every 3 years to make sure we remain competitive. Through this extensive process using 7-10 credible salary survey sources, we have determined that base salaries for each of our positions are at the upper 50-75th percentile, which is above many in the industry and marketplace as a whole.
Our total compensation package includes such benefits as medical, dental, short-term disability, a very generous 401(k) with 100% match up to employee's first 6% contribution, 6 holidays, 2 floating holidays, Employee Birthday Holiday, PTO, Sick Time, Bereavement Leave, Tuition Reimbursement, Professional Development, Mileage and Expense Reimbursements. We also provide additional compensation in the form of supplements for various qualifying criteria.
