      Pros

      There is a real possibility of helping people to move away from a criminal mindset - this is the most rewarding aspect of the job.

      Cons

      Poor conflict resolution process. Bullying and Harassment is rampant and the executive drive the complainants out of the organization rather than addressing the real issues. CSNSW is a law unto itself with very little transparency and accountability.

      Some work flexibility. Coworkers. Work can be fulfilling.

      Cons

      Chaotic environment and clients which necessitates the need for solid and clear structure. However procedures and priorities are always changing. Staffing issues and high burnout rates.
