There is a real possibility of helping people to move away from a criminal mindset - this is the most rewarding aspect of the job.
Cons
Poor conflict resolution process. Bullying and Harassment is rampant and the executive drive the complainants out of the organization rather than addressing the real issues. CSNSW is a law unto itself with very little transparency and accountability.
