Compensation seemed low with minimal opportunities to increase it even when advancing, Unrealistic realization and chargeable hour goals, Lack of hands-on support from superiors, Uneven distribution of workloads. High turnover, Weak benefits, including subpar maternity leave, Inconsistent application of "company-wide" policies, HR policies surrounding resignation were disappointing and questionable

Pros

The Company offers a great deal of flexibility to their employees from a work from home and in office perspective as well as the flexibility to try new types of client assignments. Senior management provides leadership opportunities for individuals at all levels related to participating in committees, leading niches and company initiatives. Management is very open to outside ideas to improve efficiency and quality within the firm. Management seeks out training ideas for employees to allow for continued growth and improvement of their employees. Business development is stressed within the Company from a training perspective and management rewards new business. The marketing department provides you with the tools to succeed to bring in new business and be compensated for it.

Cons

Management continues to find ways to improve from within and seeks ideas from their employees for future growth.
