This company is a front runner of innovation. They are constantly looking at how they can make themselves better not only for their investors, but also for their employees and residents. They have a strong can do attitude and want to be completely different than any other management company out there. They have a strong promote from within philosophy and their culture and brand is displayed throughout every aspect of their business. Truly a phenomenal company!
Cons
The only con, if any, is not necessarily a con for me, but since they are leading innovation they expect 200% of you. This includes long hours, however you never feel unappreciated and you have the ability to truly make a difference and help to mold and shape the future of their business.
