Pros

It put food on my table

Cons

Employees are NOT valued. There is not any recognition to those who exceed expectations. Those who do the bare minimum seem to be the ones that move up. There are unfair practices for promotions and transfer. Upper management tend to manage with their emotions. Some should not even be in leadership roles.Treatment is unethical and unbelievably tolerated. Some employees are allowed to do certain things while others will suffer consequences. A lot of the assets are terrible and/or in terrible areas. There is little concern of staff safety. The expectations are insane. The site teams are overworked. The turnover for this company is outrageous. You can't take this company serious. The bottom line is all that's important....screw the employees that make the bottom line!
