Pros
As associates, we are empowered, engaged and, above all, valued. With the current growth spurt, this is an exciting and perfect time to work here.
Cons
Many processes and procedures are not set up and thus, there is inconsistency. For associates that need order and specific guidance on how to perform their roles, it would be frustrating. You have to be a pioneer to love it here (which I thoroughly do...I don't care if this is the "cons" area!)
