Pros
Really great folks working for Cosmo. Talented editors and producers. You get to work with some really cool commercials.
Cons
Too few people for the amount of work expected. The vault was consistently behind, the producers were constantly stressed, the editors were working very late nights. Lots of double and triple job duty happening at any given time.
