VERY LONG HOURS!!!!! The owners of the company do not value or care about their employees. You work your butt off and then you're liable to get fired at the end of the "season" (Halloween). No matter how much effort you put in, no matter how many days you stay late, your hard work never gets recognized because what you do is always the expectation (no matter how "above and beyond" you think it is).
