Pros

Really good work culture flexible timings and responsibility to work on your project Really helped during pandemic by giving all the assurance to employee

Cons

No outing(not because of pandemic, but in general), No facilities, no perks, no culture specific to India team. If you are expecting any Fun activities from company, you gonna regret it. Their idea of fun is to host a small snack party once in a year Really lagging in terms of corporate culture, like hiring process is mess. Salary is not on par with market. Many candidates opted not to join for the lack of good offer High attrition rate

Pros

I started recently with the company. Overall, onboarding was smooth. I received lots of great communication and documentation. My laptop arrived early so I was able to be ready for my remote onboarding session. Everyone I spoke with was nice, professional, and genuinely seemed to like their jobs and the people with whom they work.

Cons

Remote onboarding is always tough for making people connections, but it was not bad. I did have some tech issues but they were addressed and resolved quickly.
