      Good for early career skill development due to the volume of cases and appointments you see if branches are doing well. CRM system is quite good, compared to other systems,

      Micromanaging, toxic environment, basically forced to work overtime, constantly pulled out for meetings, bad pay as well.

      it is a commission based job. Some people are not cut out for ups and downs in their pay.
