      Pay can increase quite fast Great way to get in to the industry Amazing Training

      Cons

      Nobody listens Contracted for 9-5 but if you dont work unpaid overtime, they don't like it If your branch isn't supportive, expect to get clients yourself No diversity. At some point its stops being coincidence

      friendly employees, great culture, and flexible hours. Freedom to maintain a great work life balance

      Cons

      it is a commission based job. Some people are not cut out for ups and downs in their pay.
