Pros
At the moment, nothing comes to mind unfortunately.
Cons
Over the past two years, the workplace has become increasingly stressful due to a high workload, poor management, staff turnover, and a lack of genuine progression despite repeated promises of development. During this time, 10 people joined the team and 8 left, creating instability and affecting day-to-day operations. Compared to other companies in the industry, the pay and benefits feel below standard, particularly around sick pay, volunteering days, wellbeing, and inclusivity. There are also inconsistencies in how staff are treated, with some employees given opportunities such as working from home and laptops while others are not. Favouritism within management, poor handling of bullying concerns, and a focus on short-term results over long-term culture and staff support have further contributed to low morale.
