Pros
Work at san souci i Learning from the best at a professional stand point. Where i craft and master the basic and gradually grow as a chef there. I have a lot of fun while working there especially on a Tuesday night and Friday night when there is a buffet and the main lawn for dinner.
Cons
Working a San souci it's difficult when they are treat us like we are working on a plantation. The management team there it's structure appropriately to me The HR management system there does operate in the way a human resource management department should operate the standard there is low.
