Pros
Great way for students to gain experience and put something down on your resume. A wonderful philanthropic initiative that also lets you make some money alongside. Work at your own pace, with weekly targets achievable if you set them to be. Great managers who are extremely caring and helpful. A set of decent perks too! (eg. company swag and bonuses)
Cons
Sometimes, difficult to find people willing to contribute course packs. Have to meet a minimum of thirty course packs to complete the internship.
