      The work-life balance is great

      Ed tech market has yet to recover from the post-COVID slump and AI has put downward pressure on future expectations of Coursera's model. The fully remote work makes it tough to establish a company culture.

      Great people, strong mission and purpose

      Lacks a cohesive strategy, Udemy + Coursera merger is a mess (no strategy, treatment of people is poor), communication is lacking, little career advancement.
