Amazing staff, terrible management - Learning Support Practitioner Coventry College Employee Review

Been good luck here for sure!!...❣️Coventry College has been a really good experience for me— I am grateful for being part of the team thank you to Shirley hambridge she has and the entire team (Heidi) good chat )have been very kind and helpful Lisa receptionist and helpful HR Reena good friends. Being a ex member of staff at cov college 2022, has really upskilled in it's ways to achieving success. Here I received the best ever support in enhancing my CIPD. Working at Coventry college. Coventry college is the best go on people students adults keep learning here and you will get much support and help with the expanded wellbeing department and services they provide for us public sector is amazing . Rise and shine Coventry college we all love it here 🫰🩷✨🥳. Kind regards Sam

All good so far like the way it's expanded departments wellbeing.

- Mediocre Pay - Teaching staff are friendly - On-site car park

- Management dislike anyone beneath them - Very strict policies (i.e. you get a disciplinary for being off for 5 days within a year, no matter the reason) - Very high staff turnover
