Pros
I've been working for this company for close to a decade in different capacities and I've watched it go through some amazing growth. The people I work for and with are incredible. Management is communicative and clear; I feel like I work for a team, not a hierarchy. I make my own schedule and manage my own business; there is very little micro-managing from my direct supervisor. The company values hard work and extra effort, but also mental health and work-life balance.
Cons
As a smaller company, there isn't yet a ton of opportunity for growth, but I trust that will change as it continues to grow.
