Pros

Company is in the Veterinary field. A place where pet parents love to spoil and take care of their pets and animals. Product breadth is great for a company to be in for there are many opportunities to expound upon.

Cons

- Continuous canned internal question surveys catering to only what management wants heard. - Revolving door for employees, a holder myself of four degrees, cut earlier this year ... have much to offer but they continue to pay to teach new employees to learn many processes with overlapping software tools over and over again. Many of the overlapping software tools have many glitches. - Customer service confusion on what platform to use. - X-functional pricing between prescription management and distribution management where pricing is misaligned. Pricing is misaligned where one platform is less than the other being on the same porogram or just go to Costco? - Continuous management movement and restructuring .... i.e myself I had 8 different managers in 2 years... dust never settles to allow a program / process to work properly to test the waters prior to changing it. - Top heavy management structure of hired people that don't understand the veterinary management process / procedures they put in place to align properly to what the veterinary practices or customers want and with antequated software tools trying to align with best practice software tools of competion, i.e. CHEWY, Costco, Amazon and WalMart

Pros

Great colleagues, all on the same mission to make the veterinary industry better. Work/life balance is generally there

Cons

The company is quickly falling apart. All sales reps didn’t even know if they were going to get paid last week for commission for the month prior. They had to back pay for past quarter months later. Constantly owing reps money that they can’t pay out & being very shady about it by taking all the commission dashboards down so you couldn’t tell. So much support staff has been laid off that you can sell tech but no one to support the tech. Lots of post tech issues & lots of angry customers. They have to pay significant rebates out to customers in June and there will be pretty big layoffs coming for them to pay out these rebates. New VP of sales as of 2 weeks ago- doesn’t come from vet industry so going to take a long time to try to change anything
