Pros
-Work/Life balance is great -Colleagues are intelligent and drive you to be successful -Training is very in depth and most marketing teams really know their product and business segments
Cons
-HR is non existent to sales reps. You have to network and create your own opportunities if you want to move up -HQ controls all pricing decisions at field level and they don't always get back to you in a timely manner when you are trying to close a deal -Marketing and sales are not aligned to the same compensation incentives
