The interviewing process was quick and easy. It's a WFH-based company. The culture is very close-knit and family-like, which is awesome as this is exactly what I was looking for. I believe that trust is a strong component in this company; I am able to be trusted in completing my responsibilities on a daily basis, which results in me being more productive as I am able to fully concentrate on my tasks. I also love the perks that we get as employees, such as offsite events, team member services and more!

Cons

The onboarding process for new employees can be improved further to have more structure and provide more clarity on what new employees have to do in their respective teams as new team members. Having like a step-by-step guide/roadmap/training schedule would be super useful!
