I’ve been on your personality at WHQT Hot 105 for over 20 years when management and ownership changed so did the context of employment I went. I did the same job but the new owners made it part time as opposed to full-time which I was previously but I love my job, maintain it until this most recent Purging of talent
Cons
New management just uses bots as opposed to media personalities and community supporters. We do so much work in the community to engage our listeners and keep them involved and engaged with the radio station beyond the music. The new set of owners didn’t seem to care about that at all.
