      Pros

      Average base pay and free health care, however, the health care plan is a high deductible plan.

      Cons

      Many. This is, I believe, illustrated by the fact most reps leave after about 2-4 years. In fact, I only knew of 1 rep that stayed more than 5 years.

      Pros

      They really care that you and your entire family has all the protection you need for health and life insurance.Smaller company you everyone there makes a difference.They do a very good job keeping the product selection diverse and current for their dealers.

      Cons

      Once someone in the senior management team decides you are no longer considered a valuable asset.They will do everything in their power to force you to leave.and I mean everything.
