Pros

I really like the people that I work with. We make products that are used everyday, globally. My kids spot our products in the store and love to point them out. Our engineering teams are some of the smartest folks I've worked with and they take a lot of pride in the products they develop. I feel like there are a lot of opportunities for growth in the company and to be able to expand into different areas. You have the freedom to seek out information and opportunities to further your career. The company hosts social activities during the spring and summer that allow for networking (and eating) - it's nice to step away and have those opportunities.

Cons

Open office environment is great but can be distracting. It's a beautiful office and fosters collaboration/communication but sometimes you need headphones to be able to focus and knock things out.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the office environment, cafeteria, and work-life balance as these are areas we continuously invest in to create a positive employee experience. We understand that remote work has become a common preference in recent years. Our goal is to provide flexibility while maintaining collaboration and engagement, and we’re actively exploring ways to enhance in-office experiences and hybrid work options to ensure employees feel connected and supported. Your insights help us improve, and we thank you for your time with the company.

Pros

Great product line up across several industries

Cons

Upper leadership out of touch. Continually cuts people to save money while sacrificing customer support in the process.
