Very positive environment. The programming is edifying and the hosts are always a joy to interact with. Any potential problems are usually technical issues that are quite easy to resolve. Management is flexible with scheduling and always willing to lend a hand to new employees that are still getting their feet wet.

The communication between the sales department and the clientele could be improved. Occasionally, there is a lack of clarity in terms of what the client is allowed to air, which leads to some unnecessary strife for the board ops. There is also a clear ceiling in terms of career advancement. Board operators have little chance of getting full-time employment, but other opportunities in the company can open up depending where your interests and talents lie.
