Nothing cons in the company

There are no pros to working here

TOXIC MANAGEMENT. The owner is extremely rude. The HR management just want to ruin your life. There is no proper work management. They don't pay on time. The date of payment is keeps varying. And they say if u take leave on the first 15 days of the month, for each day the payment gets deferred further. All the good people in that office left. There is a very bad discrimination system here. If you are from South don't go there. They won't give u any coordination work if u don't know Hindi. Most of the employees just quit the day after getting the salary. Since if you're on notice period the hr will hound you. And they will make such a big drama. There are only one or two decent people. That also the company will get rid of because they can't take criticism. They're just a bunch of complete ego maniacs. Some senior team lead architects can barely read a letter sent from the site. They can't even make a proper drawing. They put all the blame on the juniors. I suggest you deeply look into this office before joining.
