      Employees get good exposure to large scale airport and railway station projects

      Cons

      1. The BIM Team is broken 2. No proper systems with adequate configuration to run heavy models provided. 3. No interconnected server provided to the BIM Team 4. No internet to the BIM Team 1. Nobody gets experience letter until they complete 2 years with the firm. 2. Probation period is extended without giving you any proper reason whatsoever. 3. They will retain 5% of your monthly salary as "Sincerity Pay" and will return it to you after SUCCESSFUL completion of 2 years. 4. They don't give HRA, EPF, Health Insurance, etc.
