No, I don't think there are any aspects CMRignite can improve in. CMRignite does a great job of creating a culture even with majority of the organization remote!

To any job hopefuls, I would recommend speaking with current employees to see what they think. I believe you'd receive a very different perspective than what you read on here. Remember, there's a reason why the folks who submit anonymous bad reviews are former employees.
