You can expect to gain a lot of insight and experience across different areas. 2.The company supports employee growth by offering opportunities to attend external courses and expand skill sets, which is a positive investment in team development. 3.The team is composed of talented and friendly individuals. Colleagues are generally very supportive and willing to help when challenges arise, making for a collaborative working atmosphere. 4.The workplace encourages open communication. It's important to voice your opinions and set boundaries when needed. While discussions may follow, if you can explain your reasoning clearly, leadership is usually receptive. Being assertive and honest is more sustainable here than being overly agreeable.

This has been echoed in other reviews as well. 2.Employees are often assigned multiple projects at once and are expected to make progress on all of them simultaneously. While prioritization is mentioned, in practice, even low-priority projects are expected to move forward at the same pace. Given the typical 8-hour workday, this can be difficult to manage and may lead to some tasks being unintentionally delayed, which can cause frustration. 3.Working overtime is common due to the workload. However, overtime is not compensated financially. The company typically provides dinner and transport as compensation instead. 4.Concerns regarding workload distribution and project prioritization have been raised multiple times, but there has been little to no change. Creativeans is a solid place to build up your skills if you’re willing to learn from experienced seniors and hands-on management. The pace is fast, and you get to work on many interesting projects across different industries, so you’ll never be bored.

Cons

Work can get quite busy since there are multiple projects running at the same time. You’ll need to be quick to adapt and manage your timelines well. It can be challenging, but you’ll definitely grow a lot if you put your heart into it.
