      Some really good people - among best in industry - remain in the firm (for now).

      Cons

      UK company is dying a death with rapidly declining revenue and pipeline. Majority leaving due to toxic culture, irrelevant strategy and despised leadership. Those who remain are largely disengaged. The UK CEO has changed

      - parent company issues - stingy with promotions & salary increases - no stock awarded - no bonuses until L5 - weak leadership and communication - promotion timeline delays - “people first” is not a core value anymore
