2yWe are sorry to hear your experience with us has been frustrating. Brightgen and Credera have been through a significant amount of change over the past few years and that can be quite hard. We have also had a difficult economic climate to navigate but are confident we will come out stronger on the other side.
Our leadership team take full responsibility for the success or failures of the business and work hard to make sure that we understand where we need to improve processes, update our strategy, be more efficient and make good decisions for our people and clients. Your comment on the lack of transparency concerns me and we will look at this in more detail as it is important to us that all our employees feel able to raise issues and that we address concerns head on.
