Even for small-scale projects, it's easy to see impact. - The atmosphere is very collaborative. The workspace is open and it usually gets a little chatty over lunch time. - Great support for international students - Benefits are very solid for a startup - Management has a clear vision for future. Longterm and short-term goals are clearly defined.
Cons
- Very fast paced work environment. Projects usually span a few days. Progresses are expected daily. - Need to have a basic understanding of the financial service industry, especially consumer lending. The majority of work is tight to industry-specific data. - Flexibility is valued here. Many things change very quickly in a startup environment.
