Pros
Growth and exposure second to none when it comes to ai agent and FDE experience. Great FDE leadership and some really smart and kind FDE colleagues. Strong compensation for Canada, but not top 1%. Genuinely exciting problem space and strong differentiated offering in CX.
Cons
Can be hectic at times, but that is also expected with client work - you should assess whether you have the aptitude for FDE work if you're a regular software engineer considering this role. No pay transparency in terms of ranges of Canada - a lot of variation in terms of what different colleagues make. Really competitive space, can feel that pressure on engagements.
