      Pros

      Philosophy of the company seems ideal; to promote within, everyone starts entry level, but it's all bogus.

      Cons

      This is not a real marketing management position, it's door to door sales on your own time and money. There are not benefits, no 401K, no health, no real time off, etc. Total scam. Everyone has to start out doing door to door and maybe after a year you might get "promoted" if they can afford to create a position for you!

      Pros

      My favorite part of this company is the growth opportunity, the chance to own your own company and help others do the same. This is a people helping people business.

      Cons

      You have to be fully invested, with the end goal in mind. Work hard now to play hard later.
