8yHello - thank you for your awesome feedback! Really appreciate it. And you're right - being on-call over Thanksgiving is awful!!! We have agonized over this one as a leadership team for ages. We want for everyone to spend thanksgiving as a holiday with their friends and family without having to worry about work... but on the other hand being focused on the retail industry just doesn't allow us this luxury! Being there for our clients during one of their biggest revenue weekends all year seems like the least we should be able to do for them. And we know we ask that of our teams, and are tremendously grateful each year for the sheer level of dedication that our employees provide to our clients to support their priorities. Thank you!!!
