Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

Not upfront about the details of the position. I was told during my interview process to rebrand a product. Later I found out the company represents Comcast X-Finity and our job is toadd or subtract services, and switch customers. Nothing to do with branding. Also I found out (from a coworker) that there is no health or dental or 401k. I also was told it takes three weeks for the background check to get processed so you don't get a paycheck until then. Additionally, the services I obtained were out under the name of the person who's tablet I was using.I also found no information on theBetter Business Bureau's website so they're not registered. Finally, while in a workshop with a coworker I was told never to show the customer the price. I was also told not to tell customers I work for Critical Mass.

Thanks for your review, when our representatives have questions about the systems in place within our firm, we encourage them to direct the questions to management or HR as our representatives may get things wrong from time to time. We want our team to have the best opportunity possible and would not want their position to be jeopardized because of false information being given to them. Regardless, having worked with us in the past we hope you have formed successful friendships and have taken away valuable skills. Regards
