      Pros

      Some great people are still at the firm, but I'd expect them to either leave on their own accord or they will be shown the door. If you don't fall in line with the leadership "vision" expect to have a short stint.

      Cons

      This used to be a culture and employee-first firm. Very collegial and collaborative. It was a special place. There was lots of excitement when the company was spun off from CrossCountry and lots of revenue projections, but leadership focused on sales instead of building a sustainable delivery model. Actions from the CEO and CFO make it clear they care about making the company desirable to be acquired NOT making it a desirable place to work. Stay clear.

      -Incredible growth trajectory creating numerous opportunities for career advancement -New leadership team bringing much-needed structure and vision -Collaborative environment where ideas are valued -Real commitment to building a positive culture despite rapid scaling -Challenging work that keeps you engaged and learning daily

      Cons

      -Growing pains are evident as systems and processes catch up with expansion -Occasional communication gaps as teams expand quickly -Workload can be intense during peak periods
