Every other town hall seems to have someone in leadership or that HR guy crying. I know this is the era of mental health and "being you" but can you still try to act like this is a workplace and not your personal group therapy session? This is getting exhausting. This is a fast sinking ship. In the span of less than a year, the South Africa office was shut down and the US recently had a RIF (with no notice from my understanding). Beyond the morale aspect, not only does this leave former colleagues out of work, it leaves current colleagues with the burden of having to pick up the load. On top of that, the Director of Implementation Services left/asked to leave(?), the CFO lasted only 17 months and left and one of their other implementation leaders left, all within a 3 month span. Stay away if you can. This place is on life support.
