Great work environment and a good people culture.

Project estimation always left deficits in the financing of projects. Also the strategy to favour junior devs with lesser pay caused projects to linger

I was fine with my job until things became too messy.

Crowdbotics has an inefficient and disorganized work environment, and the chaotic management is to blame. Our supervisors don't seem to have any clue about what to do about our problems in the workplace. They make terrible decisions that lead to consequential and unhelpful actions. The leadership here is too messy and incompetent to properly lead.
