Pros
Mobility Program - Work from home when needed and Business Casual 'Light' dress code. Direct access to Partners and Senior Management who are very approachable. No hurdles to promotion (ex: do not need to be in role for certain # of years and employees are very collaborative).
Cons
Consultants are usually travelling about 20-30% overnight, but well below industry standard. If transitioning from Industry to Consulting, compensation might not be aligned due to lack of consulting experience, but career will exponentially grow.
