1.) Huge changes to benefits over the last 12 months. The "work where you want," jeans in the office, and parental leave are putting Crowe at the cutting edge of public accounting firms in their size. 2.) Great career advancement opportunities even in small markets.
Cons
1.) Management had missed the mark on new audit software and other job optimizations that are actually making the work harder. 2.) Firm does a poor job of communicating negative things that are going on in the Firm and how they impact employees.
