Pros
Management seems to really care. They seem to be trying to grow CH into a global, world class firm, in a way that is smart and cautious. It also seems like the new blood in the C-suite is making some real changes that have been needed for a long time.
Cons
Public accounting is just brutal, and there's no wayt around it. It's not just Crowe. Work life balance is difficult at best. Also, if you get stick with a bad manager, your work life can be terrible, even if the overall company means well.
